Message from the Pastor

King of Kings continues to grow into the missional congregation God is calling us to be. In 2012, our Senior High Youth (23 in all) will be attending the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans.  In addition to the experience of gathering with 36,000 youth and adults, we will be serving the people of New Orleans as they continue to rebuild following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.  Our Adult Mission trippers will once again join Mustard Seed Ministries (our third time) in Goshen, NY.
 
God continues to lead us to serve our local community as well, as we join hands in support of The Center for New Americans (refugee resettlement), Brown Memorial on the near westside of Syracuse, the Rescue Mission and their many ministries, and other community projects which continue to keep us focused on the community in which we live.  We are also reconnecting with Habitat for Humanity in 2012.

As we move toward our 50th anniversary in 2015, we give thanks to God for the opportunites to, as our Mission Statement says, "grow in faith with the community".  Come and join us for worship or any one of our exciting programs.
